Revised Form I-9 Should Be UsedAccording to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration website (http://www.uscis.gov/i-9) a revised Form I-9 should be used. The revision date is 2/2/09 and is located on the bottom right section of the page. I have attached the form for your convenience. This form is usually not in the traditional realm of services a CPA offers, but I think that it is relevant for all my clients and other interested parties to have the most up-to-date forms.
